The role

What you'll do

  • You will manage the complete lifecycle of contracts: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, formalizing, monitoring, and closing.

  • You will participate in the negotiation of critical contractual clauses, ensuring adequate risk coverage and alignment with the economic and strategic interests of the Group.

  • You will accompany the contractual execution of projects and provide support to Project Managers in the interpretation and application of contractual conditions.

We are looking for a person who wants to assume a key role in the contractual management of projects, working transversally with Project Managers, technical teams, finance, business areas, and management.

Your mission will be to manage the complete lifecycle of contracts, anticipating risks, participating in negotiations and contractual modifications, and contributing to protecting the company's interests and preserving project profitability.

What do we expect from you?

  • More than 5 years of experience in contractual management within industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, mining, or energy environments.

  • Demonstrable experience managing contracts associated with complex projects, especially in international environments.

  • Practical knowledge of contractual negotiation, change management, claims, risks, and contractual obligations.

  • Ability to interpret contractual, technical, and economic-financial documentation.

  • Experience working transversally with project teams and different corporate areas.

  • Degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.

  • Negotiation, influence, analysis, and risk anticipation skills.
