What we're looking for

Basic training: hospitality training courses.
Experience: At least 1 year in similar positions.
Languages: English and German. Optional: French and/or Italian. Note: At least 2 languages, high spoken and written level.
Computer skills. Years of experience will be considered as an alternative to training.

The role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Reception Assistant to work at the H10 Tindaya hotel, in southern Fuerteventura.

What you'll do

Participate with some autonomy or responsibility in reception tasks, assisting the reception manager and receptionist.
Collaborate in the tasks typical of a receptionist.
Provide public assistance in auxiliary reception tasks.
Carry out simple tasks and functions of the reception service under supervision and directives issued directly by the person to whom this is delegated.
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by telephone and/or in person, contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives.
