Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative position of at least 1 year.
A medium-high level of English and German is required.
Basic knowledge of office automation (email, word processor, spreadsheet) and telephone/switchboard handling.
Availability for part-time hours and rotating days.
Own vehicle is essential to get to the workplace.

The role

From Temporing, we are selecting a part-time Receptionist to join an important hotel establishment located in the south of Gran Canaria.

What you'll do

Performing check-in and check-out following established procedures.
Management of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Telephone assistance and response to customer inquiries.
Information about the establishment's services and points of interest in the area.
Management of payments, invoicing, and cash closure.
Coordination with different departments to ensure proper customer service.
Management of incidents and follow-up of customer requests.

Requirements

Good manners and communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to resolve incidents.
