As a Reception Assistant, your mission will be to support the receptionists in reception-specific tasks, as well as attending to guest requests of lesser difficulty

• Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
• Perform correct and professional service at all times
• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in reception tasks by assisting receptionists, the assistant reception manager, and the reception manager
• Provide customer service in auxiliary reception tasks
• Execute simple reception duties
• Handle telephone calls
• Correctly transmit necessary information to other departments and to your direct supervisor

• You have experience in positions related to customer service
• You have an intermediate level of German and/or English
