The role

Job description

At Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa you will be part of an exclusive adults only resort, where personalized service and attention to detail make the difference. You will work in a privileged natural environment, with international standards and teams focused on excellence. An opportunity to grow professionally while creating memorable experiences every day.

Main functions

Preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel facilities
Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults
Monitoring the correct operation of equipment (HVAC, swimming pools, general facilities)
Support in general maintenance tasks: painting, carpentry, small repairs
Compliance with the hotel's quality and safety standards
Coordination with other departments to ensure the good condition of the facilities

Requirements

Vocational training in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar
Previous experience in hotel or industrial maintenance (hospitality sector experience is valued)
Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and/or HVAC
Problem-solving, proactive, and responsible profile
Ability to work in a team

We value

Previous experience in hotels or resorts
Knowledge of swimming pool systems and water treatment
