What we're looking for

Education: Vocational Training (GM/GS) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Plumbing, Electricity, or Air Conditioning.
Essential certifications: Official License/Certification for Hygienic-Sanitary Maintenance of Facilities with Legionella risk. Qualification in Maintenance of Collective Use Swimming Pools.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical maintenance positions in 4/5-star hotels or spa/thalassotherapy centers.
Key competencies: Proactivity, attention to detail, ability to resolve incidents with discretion, and high commitment to safety and hygiene regulations.

Nice to have

Languages: Fluent Spanish. A basic level of English will be positively valued.

Guarantee the correct functioning, conservation, and efficiency of the technical facilities, machinery, and water areas of the Spa, ensuring compliance with the excellence standards of a 5-star establishment.

What you'll do

Daily monitoring, analysis, and adjustment of water chemical parameters (pH, chlorine, bromine, turbidity) in pools, jacuzzis, and hydrotherapy circuits.
Inspection, cleaning, and preventive and corrective maintenance of purification, filtration, and automatic dosing machinery and pump rooms.
Maintenance and tuning of the sauna, steam bath (hammam), and sensory showers.
Supervision and preventive repair of plumbing, electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing in treatment cabins, reception, changing rooms, and common areas.
Maintenance of ambient lighting and replacement of electrical elements.
Control of the correct functioning of ventilation and moisture extraction throughout the entire area.
Rigorous compliance with regional and international regulations regarding the prevention and control of Legionella.
Daily recording in the official sanitary control logs for pools and thermal areas.
Immediate detection and resolution of any technical anomaly that could jeopardize the safety of clients or employees.
Continuous communication with the Spa reception team to address technical incidents with speed and discretion.
Inventory control of spare parts, chemical products, and tools necessary for operations.
Support in the preparation of the facilities prior to the daily opening of the center.
