Data Center Supervisor (O&M) - Consultancy

• 10% annual bonus

A well-established technical services company, recognized among the top 100 companies to work for in Spain, is reinforcing its on-site management team at a critical data center in Barcelona. This position is above the facilities technicians (electricians, BMS technicians, and refrigeration technicians) and combines hands-on technical supervision with the daily leadership of personnel.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, while leading and coordinating the local team. • Supervise daily data center operations and maintenance activities
• Lead and coordinate the electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance teams
• Supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of low voltage, medium voltage, high voltage, and cooling systems
• Act as an escalation point for technical and operational issues
• Manage operating costs and contribute to P&L control
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and service levels
• Participate in the on-call rotation (mainly remote assistance, occasional site visits)
