Previous experience of at least 3 years as an Area Manager in the fashion sector is essential.
Analytical and strategic profile, with the ability to interpret sales data and make decisions based on them.
Knowledge in KPI management.
Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
Availability to travel and own car.

The role

Management, Team Management

As Area Retail Manager, you will be the person in charge of managing and improving the performance of our points of sale nationwide, ensuring the correct implementation of the company's strategies.

What you'll do

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.
Analyze and optimize store profitability through the monitoring of key KPIs.
Implement commercial and visual merchandising strategies to boost sales.
Collaborate with the Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Product teams to align strategies at the point of sale.
Supervise the training and development of teams to ensure their evolution and growth within the company.
