Hello Watt offers you an initial two-week internal training program integrating theory and practice, followed by additional training modules during the first 4 months (at a minimum). You will develop your sales skills and become an energy expert.

What you'll do

Contacting Hello Watt website users by telephone who want to change suppliers (calling interested customers - no prospecting)
Accompanying them in subscribing to their contracts (energy contracts, home insurance, internet boxes, etc.)
Guiding them towards relevant energy-saving solutions for their home (redirection to solar and energy renovation services)
Following up on customer files to ensure final validation of contracts.

Required profile

Knowledge of energy would be a plus!
