Accounting & Reporting Specialist

The mission of the Accounting & Reporting Specialist will be to ensure the quality and consistency of accounting records and financial reporting under local and international standards, guaranteeing compliance, control, and support for corporate financial management.

• Manual provisions and accruals.
• Payroll accounting process.
• Management of general expense invoices.
• Review and monitoring of purchase orders.
• Accounting depreciation, closing of the AF module, and monitoring.
• Accounting of financial expenses/income.
• Reconciliation of operational system vs. accounting information.
• Preparation of Analytical P&L.
• Analytical P&L vs. Statutory.
• Management of intercompany balances.
• Preparation of taxes (form 349, VAT, IRPF).
• Preparation of monthly reporting in the Magnitude tool (SAP BFC).

• 6-8 years of experience in a finance or accounting department or in a Big Four.
• Expert in PGC and knowledge of IFRS.
• Desirable knowledge of Oracle Financials (primarily GL module).
• Desirable knowledge of SAP BFC.
• Experience in monthly accounting closing processes, meeting deadlines, and coordination with other departments.
• Experience in reporting to headquarters through tools: balance sheet, profit and loss, ageing, cash-flow...
• Experience in budget management (Forecast, Budget).
