What we're looking for

It is clear that we are looking for an organized, professional person with good communication skills... blah, blah, blah. In addition to the above, what is it that we really need?

The ideal training is Business Administration, Economics or similar.
A minimum of 5 years of previous experience performing the full accounting cycle and electronic tax filing.
Mastery of ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Dynamics 365) and having a pro level in Excel (formulas and data analysis are your thing).
Having a B1 level of English, as you are going to use it in your daily routine.

We are looking to bring an Accounting & Administration Specialist (temporary contract) into our team in Elche.

And... what are you going to do in this area? We'll tell you:

What you'll do

Accounting Management: Recording and accounting of supplier and customer invoices, management of bank statements, and participation in monthly and annual closing entries.
Taxation and Compliance: Preparation of the documentation necessary for the filing of periodic taxes (VAT, IRPF, Corporate Tax) in coordination with external advisory services.
Financial Administrative Control: Control and monitoring of customer and supplier debts, management and filing of relevant documentation, bank control and reconciliation, and accounting and reconciliation of payroll.
Departmental Support: Collaboration in the execution of external audits, addressing employee questions regarding accounting procedures, and providing backup for other team functions according to operational needs.
