The role

🔎We are opening a stable vacancy as an Accounting Administrator for our workplace in Dénia and we want you to be part of our team!

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Account for all supplier invoices to record accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare payments to settle debts with suppliers.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding claims and other supplier-related matters.
  • Review and tick all supplier general ledger accounts for reconciliation.
  • Provide the accounting manager with provisions for invoices pending receipt.
  • Place orders, manage delivery notes, and account for invoices from other suppliers. Scan invoices and attach the accounted document.

How you'll work

  • Monday to Thursday: flexible entry between 8:00 and 9:30 AM and exit between 5:00 and 6:30 PM.
