The role

At HEINEKEN SPAIN we are looking for a process engineer for our Valencia factory.

What you'll do

  • Ensure that the different processes comply with Safety and Quality regulations.
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement tools (kaizen, root cause analysis...) involving the entire packaging line team.
  • Execution of the improvement action plan.
  • Liaison with Engineering/maintenance for the commissioning of new machines, formats, new parts...
  • Analysis of trends and deployments of losses to prioritize where to allocate resources.
  • Analyze breakdowns and incidents and develop an action plan to prevent them from recurring and create standard procedures.
  • Lead improvement teams regarding breakdowns, micro-stops, and format changes to improve process efficiency.
  • Generate operating procedures and update existing ones (CILTs/DCS)
  • Train production and maintenance teams on any process developments carried out.
  • Coordinate and develop the team, guaranteeing adequate resource planning, competency development, and achievement of results.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment performing maintenance and/or improvement functions, preferably in continuous production systems.
  • Communication skills that allow for the coordination and mobilization of work teams.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and analytical capacity.
  • Passion for the industrial field
