What you'll do

You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in both the commercial and technical areas by providing support to the area managers:

Support the coordination of activities for technical managers of elevator or escalator maintenance.
Analysis of KPIs related to maintenance and after-sales work.
Collaborate with maintenance managers in optimizing work and the distribution of technical service teams, planning for needs.
Perform follow-up on action plans with a focus on continuous improvement.
You will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the SAP tool for the preparation of the corresponding reports.
Periodic service reviews to guarantee Customer Satisfaction and service compliance in time and manner.
Advise the client and support the resolution of incidents.
Collaborate in the preparation and management of technical-commercial offers.

What do you need to succeed?

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or currently studying similar careers.
Eagerness to learn about the world of elevators and urban mobility.
Enthusiasm for working in a team.
Proactivity and strong analytical skills.
Organizational and prioritization skills.

It is essential that you have the possibility of an agreement with a university or Business School.
