We are looking for a Quality Development Section Manager with leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and a team spirit.

Your Mission:
To guarantee the maximum quality and food safety of the product, supervising the process from the purchase at origin to its arrival at the distribution platform.

Your Main Functions:

Commercial Advisory: To guide the commercial areas in everything related to the product, ensuring its correct development and customer satisfaction.

Supervision and Control: To manage the control of imported products (ports and stock), origin, and labeling in accordance with company policies.

Incident Management: To detect and resolve quality problems throughout the entire supply chain in your category.

KPI Analysis: To monitor and report key performance indicators, implementing immediate corrective measures for low-performing products (articles flop).

Store Follow-up: To analyze and report data derived from incidents reported from the point of sale.

We would love to meet you if you have:

• Higher education or university studies.
• 3 years of experience in positions of similar characteristics.
• Experience in the food sector, audits, and organization.
• High level of English and French.
