The role

At Hinojosa packaging Vigo, a leading company in the cardboard and graphic arts sector, we are looking to hire a Lean Manufacturing Manager to strengthen our team. The selected person will be responsible for the collection and analysis of production data.

What you'll do

Monitor key process indicators (such as productivity, quality, waste, etc.) and ensure compliance with them.
Manage new projects oriented towards the improvement of plant indicators.
Implement continuous improvement methodologies through the execution of 5S projects, SMED workshops, among others.
Manage TOP 15 and Top 60 meetings.
Carry out daily work scheduling.
Contribute to the adaptation of internal IT systems.
Participate in meetings and provide GAPS support.
Know, commit to, and actively comply with the principles of the company policy, including environmental management, quality management, and food safety systems.
Provide general support to the Production area.
