Currently, due to our constant growth, we need to fill a vacancy for a Shift Adjuster Technician for our Agullent plant to cover the Catalonia area.

What you'll do

Support shift starts, machine starts, and adjustments.
Perform corrective actions on machines.
Perform daily monitoring of the routine machine checklist.
Manage the manufacturing process according to the planning and organization of plant management and according to available resources. With optimal use of energy and materials. Correct waste management.
Make correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure worker safety.
Execute production orders according to the guidelines of Production and Maintenance management.
Control and maintenance of the hazardous materials warehouse. Communication with management for its correct management.
Hygiene, cleaning, and disinfection processes of the machines. Maintain workstation order.
Regulatory monitoring and control.
Comply with the approval requirements of the implemented management systems BRC, PEFC and always meeting the necessary requirements to ensure excellence in the production of food-grade packaging.
Generation of IDM (Improvement Ideas) in order to develop people's involvement.
Ensure compliance with PEFC CoC and its traceability.
Execution and monitoring of compliance with the maintenance plan. Monitoring of tool and equipment inventory.
