The role
As Warehouse Team Leader (DC Team Leader), you will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods across receiving, dispatch, returns, value-added services (VAS), and inventory activities. You will play a key role in operational excellence while developing and supporting a high-performing team in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Lead daily operations in inbound, outbound, returns, VAS, and inventory.
- Train and support team members to improve performance and develop their skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Set clear expectations and support performance management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive operational improvements and ensure inventory accuracy and system transactions.
