What will your day-to-day duties be? 💻

• Coordinate and conduct the daily briefing of operational staff in alignment with the needs of the competitive operations.
• Propose and manage the sizing of human and material resources, according to daily and weekly operational needs.
• Ensure proper compliance with the objectives to be carried out by each of their collaborators.
• Supervise the quality of operational processes and procedures, as well as workplace safety.

• Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de los objetivos a llevar a cabo por cada uno de sus colaboradores.
• Supervisar la calidad de los procesos y procedimientos operativos y de seguridad laboral.
