Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must have between 5 and 6 years of experience in positions of equal or similar responsibility, either as a warehouse manager at an end client (with in-house logistics) or at a logistics operator.

Experience in managing work teams (will be in charge of approximately 20 people).

Intermediate level of English.

Any higher education qualification.

Experience in managing ERP and warehouse management systems.

It will be valued that the candidate resides in the southern area of Madrid.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Operations Management and with a 100% in-house logistics model, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing several storage facilities covering an area of more than 10,000 square meters.

Managing the company's operational area and warehouse staff.

Adopting the necessary measures to maximize and make warehouse operations more efficient.

Identifying incidents and implementing corrective measures, as well as implementing work processes that make the activity more efficient and ensure compliance with the quality and service KPIs agreed with clients.

Coordinating the distribution of materials to their destinations, both through the use of in-house resources and through the outsourcing of transport companies.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations at the workplace.

Seeking improvements applicable not only at the operational level but also at the systems level.
