Job description

At HM Hospitales, we are looking for proactive professionals to join our food service team. The main goal is to ensure excellence in patient care and service to medical staff, strictly complying with hygiene and quality standards.

What you'll do

  1. Cook (Cold and Hot Stations)Mission: To lead culinary production under hospital standards.Functions:

Preparation and production of the cold and hot stations following the established menus.

Compliance with quality protocols and preservation of perishable products.

Efficient stock management and preventive maintenance of the work area.

Daily recording and strict monitoring of HACCP controls.

Support in plating hospital meal trays.

  1. Cafeteria and Corner Waiter/WaitressMission: Customer service and sales management in catering areas.Functions:

Counter, table service, and sales management at the corner.

Opening and closing of service (including weekends).

POS terminal handling, stock control, and replenishment of displays.

Daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery (coffee machines, ovens, glassware).

  1. Cleaning Assistant / Kitchen Porter

Mission: Essential logistical and hygiene support in the kitchen and on the ward.Functions:

Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen machinery, stoves, utensils, and common areas.

Support in plating hospital meal trays and other minor kitchen tasks.

Distribution and delivery of meal carts to the hospital wards.

Weekly deep cleaning of assigned areas.

  1. Hospital Nutrition and Dietetics

Mission: Nutritional supervision and adaptation of therapeutic diets for patients.Functions:
