Schedule: 9:00 to 16:30, Mon-Fri (one day every two weeks is a split shift from 11:30 to 19:00)

The role

At HM Internacional we continue to grow, and we are looking to hire a Billing Administrator for our offices in Palma de Mallorca.

What you'll do

Prepare, process, and issue invoices corresponding to the services provided, in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare and manage budgets for the different territorial directorates.
Manage incidents related to invoices and budgets, following up until their resolution.
Keep information related to billing processes up to date.
Attend to and respond to billing-related inquiries from welfares, supervisors, and coordinators of the zones and other involved areas.
Inform Zone Supervisors/Managers of relevant incidents or situations that may affect the correct development of the process.

Requirements

Experience in similar positions (preferably in the healthcare sector)
Valuable:
- Knowledge of languages
