The role

What you'll do

To organize, distribute, and coordinate the work of the kitchen staff.
To prepare and season meals, in accordance with the menu and dietary regimens.
To supervise orders, tray assembly, and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations and HACCP.
Implement occupational risk prevention, quality, environment, and personnel management procedures at the assigned work centers.
