What you'll do
The duties of the position include:
- Performing check-in and check-out.
- Customer service and assistance both in person, as well as by telephone or email, and attention to and follow-up of special guest requests.
- Promotion and sale of extra services.
- Management of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Management of incidents and daily reports.
- Other tasks inherent to the position.
