We want to recruit a Senior UX/UI Technician with extensive experience in digital product design, design systems, and advanced prototyping to join high-complexity cyberdefense projects in Barcelona. We are looking for a person capable of leading design initiatives, defining efficient user experiences, and acting as a link between business, design, and technical teams, contributing to the creation of innovative digital solutions in critical environments.
What you'll do

Define user flows and design intuitive, accessible, and customer-oriented digital experiences.

Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other design tools.

Maintain, evolve, and guarantee the correct application of the design system and its components.

Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure the viability and coherence of the proposed solutions.

Validate designs and solutions with users and the end client, incorporating improvements based on the feedback received.

Lead design initiatives and coordinate the evolution of digital experiences in complex environments.
