• Previous experience as a barista in coffee shops is desirable.
• Knowledge of latte art and the preparation of coffees, hot and cold beverages.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Proactive, responsible attitude oriented towards detail.
• High or native Spanish and intermediate English (other languages will be valued).

We are looking for a Barista to join Honest Greens in Madrid. The contract is for 32 hours per week. You will be part of a close-knit team, in a modern and healthy environment, where every day is a new opportunity to offer exceptional experiences to our customers.

• Prepare coffee drinks and other hot and cold beverages following Honest Greens standards.
• Attend to and provide a friendly, fast, and close experience to our customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Participate in the reception and proper storage of products.
• Actively contribute to creating a positive and healthy environment for colleagues and customers.
