Warehouse Team Leader in Alcalá de Henares

At TEMPS, we are looking for a TEAM LEADER for the Warehouse to cover the AFTERNOON SHIFT at a major logistics company located in the Alcalá de Henares area.

• Coordination of the different warehouse areas.
• Management, organization, and supervision of the work team.
• Monitoring of daily operations.
• Analysis of results and preparation of activity, productivity, and continuous improvement reports.
• Optimization of logistics processes and proposal of actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Control and monitoring of the area's KPIs.
• Supervision of compliance with quality, environmental, order, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
• Guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and occupational risk prevention. Communication and management of operational incidents to ensure service continuity.

• Handling of PDAs.
• Proficiency in office automation, good handling of Excel.
• Have your own vehicle.
• Experience in team management is valued.
• Valuable intermediate English level.
• Experience in the logistics sector.
• Handling of PDAs.

• Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
• Working days from Monday to Sunday (with 2 consecutive days off).
• The first 2/3 weeks of onboarding will be an adaptation period, so there will be a shift from 9:30 to 18:00 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.
