Occupational Risk Prevention Technician

• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. A Master's in OHS with the corresponding specialties is highly valued.
• Previous experience in OHS positions, ideally in environments with multiple workplaces, catering, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Knowledge of management and coordination with External Prevention Services and Mutuals.
• Ability to manage documentation, training, workplace accidents, and the monitoring of preventive measures.
• An organized, proactive person with the ability to manage different centers and priorities at the same time.
• An approachable and communicative profile, with ease in working directly with managers and operational teams.
• Availability to carry out visits to our restaurants when necessary.
• Good command of Office tools, especially Excel.

Currently, we are looking to incorporate an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join our Labor team in Barcelona.

You will be part of the Prevention area, working alongside another team member and in coordination with our External Prevention Service (SPA). We are looking for a profile that is approachable, organized, and highly operations-oriented, to help us continue building a solid and, above all, practical prevention culture for our teams and restaurants.

• You will be one of the main points of contact regarding Occupational Risk Prevention for our restaurants and teams.
• You will coordinate with our External Prevention Service the visits to workplaces, risk assessments, preventive planning, and monitoring of proposed measures.
• You will provide support and guidance to restaurants regarding doubts or needs related to prevention.
• You will manage the preventive documentation of the different workplaces and monitor pending actions.
• You will coordinate mandatory OHS training, monitoring calls, attendance, and documentation.
• You will participate in the investigation of workplace accidents, gathering the necessary information together with the teams and managers.
• You will manage the communication and administrative follow-up of workplace accidents, coordinating with the Mutual, SPA, and internal teams when necessary.
• You will follow up on medical check-ups, fitness for work, and health surveillance.
• You will collaborate in the implementation and improvement of prevention procedures, protocols, and campaigns.
• You will work very closely with our Operations and People teams to ensure that prevention is part of the day-to-day life of our restaurants.
