Hospitales Parque Llevant wants to incorporate two nursing assistants into its team for our center located in Mallorca (Porto Cristo).
Reporting directly to the nursing management, your mission will be to perform complementary healthcare services in those aspects that are not within the competence of the Nurse.
What you'll do
- Prepare patients' beds.
- Perform the washing and cleaning of patients, assisting the Nurse when the patient's situation requires it.
- Carry bedpans to patients and remove them, taking care of their cleanliness.
- Perform the cleaning of dressing trolleys and their equipment.
- Receive food trolleys and manage their distribution.
- Serve meals to patients, attending to the placement and removal of trays, cutlery, and tableware.
- Feed patients who cannot do so themselves, except in those cases requiring special care.
- Collaborate in the administration of oral and rectal medications, excluding parenteral administration. Likewise, you may administer cleansing enemas, except in cases of serious illness.
- Collaborate in the shaving of patients.
- Transfer the patient to any service that requires it.
- Place orders for necessary supplies.
