The role

Hotels VIVA is a Spanish hotel chain leading in leisure tourism, with a strong presence in the Balearic Islands, especially in the coastal destinations of Alcudia and Cala Mesquida (Capdepera). We are currently looking to bring talent into the Reception Department to fill positions such as head of reception, deputy head of reception, receptionist, night reception assistant, bellboy, and security officer.

The contract is usually full-time, permanent seasonal (fijo discontinuo), with the possibility of accommodation. What you'll do

Welcoming and attending to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
Management of check-in and check-out.
Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and the surrounding area.
Managing reservations, incidents, and guest requests.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitoring access and basic security control depending on the position.
Supporting night-time guest services and following up on incidents.
Meeting quality and customer service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hotels (assessed depending on the position).
Service orientation and customer focus.
Good communication skills and a friendly manner.
Organizational skills and the ability to resolve incidents.
Availability and flexibility for shifts (including night shifts).
Language skills (English is essential; German is valued).
