The role

We are currently looking to bring talent into the Kitchen Department to fill positions such as head chef, sous chef, line chef, cook, kitchen assistant, buffet attendant, kitchen porter, dishwasher, and general kitchen cleaner.

The contract is usually full-time, permanent seasonal, with the possibility of accommodation. What you'll do

Prepare and present dishes according to Hotels VIVA's recipes and standards.
Cut ingredients and support all kitchen areas based on service demand.
Set up, restock, and maintain buffets with an attractive presentation.
Ensure hygiene, order, and compliance with food safety protocols and sanitary regulations.
Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas, ensuring proper food storage and rotation.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or the hospitality sector, valued according to the position level.
Training in cooking, gastronomy, or food service; formal qualifications will be valued.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure while maintaining service quality.
