At Housfy, we are looking for a Property Manager for our Madrid office.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of properties, with the support of other departments, to ensure compliance with established management standards.

• Property Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of assigned properties, including coordinating necessary repairs and services to ensure all spaces remain in optimal condition.
• Client and Owner Relations: Act as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and clients, resolving queries and managing any issues that may arise.
• Financial Management: Manage property budgets with the support of a team of managers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all management activities comply with current legislation and property regulations, as well as handling necessary procedures with the relevant authorities.

• Qualified professional (licensed), lawyer, or similar.
• Experience in homeowners' association management.
• Knowledge of Gesfincas software or similar is highly valued.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling interaction with diverse audiences and successful negotiation.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a dynamic environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, as well as analytical skills for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in office software and availability to learn new technological platforms applied to the sector.
