The role

At Housfy, we are looking for two accounting managers to strengthen our back office team, providing support for the accounting, tax, and legal management of communities. This is a key role within a digitally transforming environment, where accounting has a direct impact on business management and efficiency.

What you'll do

Invoicing and control of accounting processes.
Bank reconciliation (Norma 43).
Attention and coordination with suppliers.
Closing of annual accounts for communities, management and control of documentation.
Monitoring and control of delinquency.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

What do we expect from you?

Knowledge of accounting (entries, reconciliations, and closings).
Organized, analytical person with attention to detail.
Valuable:
Experience in property management or community accounting.
Knowledge of the Horizontal Property Law.
Experience with GESFINCAS or TAAF.
