What you'll get

🔸Variable compensation package:

1. Community meetings: €38 per meeting (one mandatory meeting per community per year → approx. 60 communities x €38)

2. New property acquisitions: 25% of the annual fee they pay

The role

Property Community Administrator (Homeowners' Association)

What you'll do

• Convening, organizing, and chairing owners' meetings

• Drafting and maintaining minutes, contracts, and legal documentation

• Ensuring compliance with the Horizontal Property Law and other regulations

• Advising the community of property owners

• Managing owners' complaints, suggestions, and requests

How you'll work

• 3 days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility for arrival/departure)

• 2 days with a split shift of 6.5 hours

• 1 day of remote work

• Intensive summer schedule (24/06 - 02/09): from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

• Office closed for 3 weeks in August (mandatory vacation)

Additional Functions

• Property site visits

• Direct contact with property owners

• Managing a portfolio of 50–60 communities

💡 Important: you will not handle accounting or incident management, as the internal structure has two dedicated back-office teams for those tasks. This reduces your workload and improves management efficiency.

Requirement

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a property community administrator (homeowners' association)
