What you'll do

🔹 Main duties

  • Full management of a portfolio of approximately 50 communities in Barcelona city
  • Organizing and attending homeowners' association meetings
  • Drafting meeting minutes
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets
  • Managing incidents, suppliers, and maintenance
  • Assisting presidents, board members, and property owners
  • Financial monitoring and expense control
