The role
Senior Manager Go To Market Data Transformation Programs
The role leads a team of typically 8-12 members and reports to the Senior Director, GTM Data & Insights, within the Global Revenue Operations organization.
Drives global data transformation programs that create a unified, trusted foundation for precise business performance measurement and modern sales execution.
What you'll do
Job Responsibilities
Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of strategic GTM data transformation programs, including Transactional Net and GTM360 account-level margin.
Advance the foundational GTM data strategy across the core data domains required for sales management and seller activities.
Lead and develop a team of product owners that defines business value, shapes requirements and guides execution teams.
Coordinate requirements, testing, approvals and deployment across business, Finance, Sales Compensation and Enterprise Operations stakeholders.
Establish clear governance, milestones, decision forums and risk mitigation for complex global programs.
Challenge legacy approaches and introduce scalable, AI-ready data capabilities that improve accuracy, transparency and speed.
Ensure solutions comply with company policies, data governance standards and applicable regulations.
