Professional Challenge

The Production Direction, Compliance Control needs to fill a position of Compliance Control Auditor, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance Control.

The professional challenge of the role is to collaborate in achieving the objectives established in Iberia's Operational Safety Policy and to ensure compliance with safety standards, along with monitoring compliance with aviation regulations (EASA, AESA, IOSA...) and internal standards in the productive areas of the Production Direction.

Your mission will consist of collaborating in the execution of the Compliance Control Audit Program, impartially and independently controlling that approved procedures are correctly applied and that the standards required by the authority are met in flight, ground, and training operations, in order to achieve the objectives established in Iberia's Operational Safety Policy, as well as in aviation regulations (EASA, AESA, IOSA).

Responsibilities

  • Verify, through inspections and audits, that regulatory requirements (EASA/IOSA/AESA) and internal standards (MCC, IBSMM, MO, and others) are met within the air operator organization, including but not limited to the Ground Operations Direction, Safety and Emergencies Direction, Training Direction, Flight Operations Direction, and Safety Direction.
  • Issue audit reports and, where applicable, non-conformities, and follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate, when requested by organizational areas, in the development and implementation of corrective action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Attend to authorities and representatives during audit or inspection activities at Iberia.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action plans from compliance control programs and risk mitigation actions from the SMS.
  • Collaborate in the management of the Compliance Control department.
