What we're looking for
- High level of French.
- Responsible and committed person, with a desire to learn and train in a cutting-edge and clearly evolving sector such as logistics.
- You must develop negotiation skills, as well as be communicative, flexible, systematic, and very organized.
- We are looking for a person with solid technical competencies. The project manager must be able to use the Microsoft Office suite programs at a high level, especially Excel, as well as handle large amounts of data (Data Analytics) once the initial training at ICP has been completed.
- University Graduate: Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations and/or project management.
- High level of French (B2).

The role
For our Project Management department, we are looking for a person who wants to develop professionally in the design and execution of ICP's different projects/operations.
The high level of work of our teams facilitates constant professional and personal development, generating continuous evolution and a high level of commitment to daily work.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and automate Logistics and Operations projects.
- Manage resources, time, risks, and objectives.
- Analyze and design project management IT systems.
- Lead the different work teams.
- Design and manage the advanced analysis of operational data (Data Analytics). Apply improvements in activity monitoring.
- Perform cost analysis and economic feasibility studies for projects, using advanced economic management tools.
- Manage client contact, providing the required information and collaborating in the correct management of operations.
