What are we looking for?

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas.
• At least three years of professional experience.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Initiative, ability to learn, and results orientation.
• Interest in technology, transformation, and process improvement.
• Ability to work with different areas and teams.
• Availability to travel.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

At ICP, we look for professionals with experience, initiative, and the potential to take on increasing responsibilities.

The ICP Leaders of the Future Program incorporates two professionals. The first position is already filled, and we are opening the selection process to find the person who will occupy the last available position.

We offer a paid professional development program, with a permanent contract and real responsibilities from day one.

During the first 24 months, you will follow a development itinerary to get to know different areas of the business, participate in strategic projects, and prepare yourself to lead initiatives and teams in a technological and multi-sector environment.

The 24 months correspond to the development itinerary, not to the duration of your contract.

This is not a scholarship or an internship program. Upon successfully completing the program, you will continue developing your career at ICP in a position consistent with your evolution and demonstrated capabilities.

• You will participate in real projects related to operations, technology, transformation, and process improvement.
• You will work with different areas and multidisciplinary teams.
• You will analyze challenges and contribute to the development of solutions.
• You will assume responsibility and autonomy progressively.
• You may participate in international projects or experiences when the characteristics of the project allow it.
• In the final stage, you will assume the supervised management of a project.

Throughout the entire journey, you will have a mentor from ICP management.
