You must develop negotiation skills, as well as be communicative, flexible, systematic, and very organized.

University education: Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
Intermediate - advanced Excel level.
Intermediate English level (B2).
Availability of your own vehicle to access our facilities.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Internship duration: 4 months and subsequent transition to permanent staff.

Remuneration: €800/month.
Transport allowance: between €145 and €380/month (depending on the distance to the workplace).

For our Project Management department, we are looking for a person who wants to develop professionally in the design and execution of ICP's different projects/operations.

What you'll do

You will participate in the design and development of Logistics and Operations projects.
You will access the management of resources for projects and operations.
We will train you in the analysis and design of project management computer systems.
You will learn to lead different work teams.
You will be involved in the hiring, training, and motivation of operations personnel.
You will work within advanced teams, implementing and automating different projects.
You will develop and plan advanced projects. You will manage times, risks, and objectives.
You will develop in the design and management of advanced data analysis systems for operations (Data Analytics). You will apply improvements in activity monitoring.
You will perform cost analysis and the economic feasibility of projects, using advanced economic management tools.
You will participate in client contact management, collaborating in the correct management of operations.
