Requirements

What we're looking for

●Higher degree or Technical Engineering specializing in mechanics. Vocational training is not ruled out (with a qualification in a Higher Cycle of industrial drafting, mechanical project development, or similar) as long as it is considered that the knowledge acquired through professional experience compensates for it.

●At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

●Tools: Solidworks and Autocad 2D.

Nice to have

●Desirable experience in the creation of pneumatic and electrical diagrams using ePlan software.

●Knowledge of mechanical design of components down to the breakdown level.

●Knowledge of manufacturing processes: Machining, laser cutting, welding.

●Knowledge of metallic and non-metallic materials, as well as the most common treatments.

●Knowledge of common mechanical systems: transmission systems, bearings, guidance, as well as commercial brands.

●Experience in the design of machinery, tooling, and automatic processes.

●Knowledge of pneumatic components and applications.

●High level of knowledge and experience in the use of Solidworks and Autocad 2D.

●Desirable knowledge of ePlan software for creating diagrams/circuits.

●Desirable knowledge of EPDM or similar document management software.

At IDDTEK, for our Product Design and Development unit, we are looking for a mechanical designer with Solidworks and experience in the creation of enclosures and handling assemblies to collaborate on innovative projects for a major client company.
