Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service, sales, operations, or business generation environment, especially in positions with direct customer contact.

The role

We are expanding the Online Reservation (ROL) team at idealista! 🚀

We are looking to bring on 2 new profiles as reservation agents (bookings) to our ROL team in Madrid.

In ROL, you will work directly with tenants and advertisers, accompanying reservation requests and performing proactive actions to increase their conversion and generate the best possible business.

What you'll do

Proactively contact tenants and advertisers via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
Increase the number of reservation requests by identifying opportunities and proposing similar listings that may fit the tenant's needs.
Help tenants expand their options and send multiple requests to increase their chances of securing a home.
Follow up on ongoing requests to reduce cancellations by both tenants and advertisers.
Mediate between tenants and advertisers to increase request conversion, favoring their acceptance or seeking alternatives and counteroffers.
Identify business opportunities and implement actions that improve the generation, conversion, and quality of reservation requests.
Work very closely with different teams to detect improvement opportunities and maximize ROL results.
