As Commercial Coordinator, you will be key to the commercial action; you will supervise all activities related to the commercial processes of the assigned area, León and Asturias, ensuring that the quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards that characterize the company are met.

More specifically, your challenges will be:

• Coordinate client implementations in the assigned area.
• Lead diverse teams by promoting an inclusive and motivating environment, aligned with our social and environmental commitment.
• Develop strategies that boost team performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives in an innovative and collaborative environment.
• Drive processes that reflect ILUNION's commitment to excellence and social responsibility.
• Manage the client portfolio within the reference area and prospect for new clients.
• Analyze financial and productive indicators.

We are looking for a leader committed to our mission of operational excellence and social impact, who possesses communication skills and experience in the commercial sector. Training in marketing/commercial is required, as well as a passion for driving continuous improvement projects in an innovative environment.
