You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the management of operations at the site in a safe, efficient, and results-oriented way, both for our team and our customers.

What you'll do

You will participate in hiring, evaluation, and staff development processes, contributing your ideas for continuous improvement.
You will support your team, offering guidance and assistance to achieve the best results.
You will monitor operational results and share key information with the team.
You will ensure compliance with procedures and work standards, contributing to continuous improvement.
You will collaborate on internal and external audits, ensuring agreed actions are carried out.
You will support the team in following safety regulations and help reduce or eliminate health and operational risks.
You will conduct basic on-site investigations of workplace incidents and report issues of non-compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
