What you'll do

Baking and cooking control of products.

Preparation and finishing of artisan croissants.

Filling, decorating, and customizing premium products.

Applying toppings and coatings according to established recipes.

Management and preservation of raw materials.

Cleaning and maintenance of the bakery workshop.

What do we need?

Hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher.

Ability to stand for the entire work shift.

Ability to lift loads of 5-10 kg.

Passion for artisan bread and pastry making.

Attention to detail and visual excellence of the product.

Agility and productivity in the bakery workshop.

Creativity in decoration and finishes.

Teamwork.

Organization and planning of production.
