The role

They will be responsible for managing and supervising aspects related to compensation and organization within the company. They must have knowledge of and interest in compensation policies, be able to perform job evaluations, manage the organizational structure efficiently, and prepare reports for senior management.

What you'll do

Perform job evaluations to determine the relative value of each position within the organization.

Analyze and evaluate the organization's salary structures.
Complete the remuneration register and perform salary diagnostics.
Manage the organizational structure, including the creation and updating of positions and hierarchical structure in SAP.
Management of social benefits, receiving requests, and responding to company employees.
Collaborate in the calculation of short-term variable remuneration for company employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compensation and organization policies are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Advise management and employees on matters related to compensation and organization.
Prepare reports and KPIs for senior management on employment, compensation, and organization topics.
Participate in organizational transformation and process digitalization projects.
Answer questions and resolve employee problems related to compensation and organization matters.
