What we're looking for

Requirements:

Valid driver's license is essential
Availability to travel throughout the province
Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
Good interpersonal skills, responsibility, and autonomy
Previous experience is not essential (experience in socio-sanitary care or social services will be valued)

The role

What you'll do

Job duties:

In-person care for telecare users in their homes.
Responding to calls due to incidents, alarms, or situations of need. These are never medical emergencies.
Accompanying and supporting elderly people or those in situations of dependency until the incident is resolved.
Coordination with the call center and recording of interventions.

How you'll work

Working Conditions:

Part-time employment 88.9% (144h/month)
Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts (M/A/N), with the corresponding legal rest periods.
Temporary project with the possibility of continuity
On-site and itinerant work in the province of Bizkaia, with a higher concentration of users in the Greater Bilbao area
Salary: €1,147 - €1,250 gross per month
