Pay & benefits

What you'll get

People with disabilities: 1-year Employment Promotion contract (extendable)
Start date in face-to-face modality: Tuesday 24/11/2026
Working days: Monday to Friday and rotating weekends (minimum 2 full weekends off/month)
Split shift within the time slot between 09:00 h. and 20:00 h. (the working day will be carried out within this slot with 1 hour for lunch)
Working day: 39 hours/week
Salary for 39 hours: €1,428.30 gross/month in 12 payments (salary according to collective agreement)

We are looking for telephone agents for customer service in a postal and parcel service company.

DUTIES

Receiving calls from customers requesting information about their shipments or orders and administrative tasks (back-office)
