The role

Do you feel like joining the team and participating in a project within the naval sector, inside a multidisciplinary Project Management Office (PMO), whose objective is to optimize monitoring, reporting, and information analysis processes for the efficient management of industrial projects?

What you'll do

Design and maintain standardized templates in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for project reporting and monitoring.
Implement data consolidation and transformation processes using tools such as Power Query, integrating information on costs, deadlines, and risks.
Develop dashboards and monitoring reports in Power BI and Excel for KPI monitoring.
Automate the generation of recurring reports, reducing manual tasks and improving the efficiency of reporting processes.
Manage and prioritize a backlog of improvements and incidents, ensuring the continuous updating of tools, documentation, and versions.
