The role

We are ILUNION VidaSénior, the ILUNION group company that cares for the elderly and dependents.

We have been dedicated to the social health sector for over 30 years through different services: Day Centers, Home Help, Telecare, and Elderly Residences. We also invest in new services, such as senior living.

We are in a growth phase, and we need to incorporate people into our teams who want to contribute to our purpose, caring for and attending to the elderly.

At Ilunion VidaSénior, we are looking to incorporate a Director - Social Worker into our Day Center teams.

What you'll do

Your main role will be to ensure the health and well-being of our users, ensuring the proper functioning of the center under your charge, its daily processes and practices.
Personnel management.
Assess the social, family, and personal status of the user upon admission to the center.
Assist in the admission process and complete the social history and file of the user.
Develop Individualized Care Plans for the users.
Develop the specific programs for their area.
Attend to the social and administrative needs of the users.
Promote the integration and participation of users in the life of the center and its environment.
Plan and organize the social work of the center.
Manage administrative activities and social reports for the users.
Perform other tasks related to the position and the profession, in order to maintain good practices, good management, and quality.

Relationships inherent to their activity (internal and external): Functions within the activity of the center.
